The holidays are quickly approaching, with Thanksgiving now only a few days away, which depending on who you are can mean a lot of time on the road.
Andrea and I for example will spend the first half of the week here in DFW and then head up to Tulsa, OK to see our new nephew for the first time as well as the rest of my family.
That's the good news.
The bad news is that we both love to eat. A lot.
Thankfully Andrea hates fast food due to the high calorie count and overall negative nutritional effects. I however love fast food due to its high levels of deliciousness. So naturally an argument or two is inevitable.
If you have similar conflicts arise during your holiday roadtrips, I thought I'd do my friendly blogger duty and pass along this helpful decision tree for you to take on your next roadtrip.
Enjoy!

Where Should I Eat Fast Food?

I love our fatty road trips. Especially when we get DQ blizzards! You always want to go to McDonald's though--nasty...
Excellent! I was about to go to Chick-fil-a for lunch but thought I'd consult this nifty chart first. Guess what? It led me straight to Chick-fil-a! Decision made.
I'm a sucker for travel fast food too...pretty much the only time I eat McDonalds (though I did make a pretty mean homemade McMuffin the other day...).
I saw this chart the other day too...pretty sure my favorite ?'s are "Are you High?" and "Would You Ever Eat Arby's?" Nothing like telling the truth...
Can't wait to hear what you guys decide to eat!
Austin, glad to hear the chart confirmed you're instincts. That gives it some street cred I think.
And, Jeff I have to agree that the Arby's question had me laughing out loud. However I was immediately sold by the first question asking whether or not you're Canadian. If only this blog had more of a Canuck presence, we could confirm the apparent universal appeal of Tim Horton's.
As for where we're likely to stop, I think Andrea has it right with DQ.
Andrea ate a McGriddle once in college. She can handle it.
